She is accusing Hallmark of invasion of privacy as well as commercial appropriation of identity. The appeals court ordered the suit to proceed despite Hallmark’s request to dismiss.

“They are definitely happy again,” a source close to the couple tells Us Weekly.
On Monday, Doug, 23, tweeted, “What an amazing weekend with my beautiful girlfriend. I love her so much!”
The day before that, he wrote, “Laying in bed watching SportsCenter with my girl.”
